Mieczyslaw Horszowski (1892-1992) was one of the world’s premier pianists of Polish origin. Horszowski’s repertory ranged from Bach through Beethoven, Brahms to Bartok and from Mozart through Mussorgsky to Shostakovich. Acquisition Note: Gift ca. 1976.
